Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
If the returned product does not meet the return conditions (same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in original packaging), the customer will not be refunded and the item will be sent back to the customer, with the associated costs being the customer’s responsibility.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. All exchanges must be processed as a refund followed by a new order.
The fastest way to ensure you receive the product(s) you want is to place a new order immediately and return the item(s) you received after your return has been approved. Once we receive the returned items in the required condition, we will process the refund.
Alternatively, you may choose to complete the return and refund process first and then place a new order. However, stock availability may change, and we cannot guarantee the availability of desired items or sizes.
Refunds
You will be notified once we have received and inspected your return, and we will inform you whether the refund has been approved or not.
If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. The refund will cover the value of the returned item(s) and will not include shipping costs.
Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
